Ken Wagers
President, ACS Wagers

Ken is President of ACS Wagers in Boulder, Colorado. Ken joined the Clearinghouse in 2004 when ACS acquired Wagers & Associates, Inc. The founder of Wagers & Associates, Ken has worked with unclaimed property information systems since 1987.

Leading a team of 11 IT professionals, Ken oversees product development, support and consulting for unclaimed property management systems installed in 33 unclaimed property departments, including the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico. ACS Wagers’ holder reporting software, HRS Pro, is used by thousands of companies annually to report property to unclaimed property departments. Ken supervises integration efforts between Wagers systems and ACS offerings to help provide seamless services to clients.

Ken is an active speaker at National Association of Unclaimed Property Administrators, National Association of State Treasurers, and Unclaimed Property Holders Liaison Council conventions, and is a member of the NAUPA committee which develops the national unclaimed property electronic reporting standard file format.

Previous to founding Wagers & Associates, Ken served as Chief Financial Officer for Erbtec Engineering, Inc. and Senior Consultant with Deloitte Haskins & Sells.

Ken holds a bachelor's degree from Albertson College of Idaho, and a Master's degree from the University of Denver. Ken received his CPA certification in 1986, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants.
