Development
Jeremy Katz joined ACS in May 2003 through
ACS' acquisition of the National Abandoned Property
Processing Corporation (NAPPCO). Jeremy serves as Vice
President for Product Development for the Unclaimed
Property Clearinghouse, Finance and Revenue Solutions.
In this capacity, he is responsible for managing the
development and implementation of the Advanced Compliance
Enforcement Service (ACES) program, as well as the States'
National Database - MissingMoney.com.
Prior to ACS' acquisition of NAPPCO,
Jeremy served as NAPPCO's senior vice president of state
relations. Employed by NAPPCO since 1995, Jeremy held
various marketing and state relations positions. He
served as the general manager of NAPPCO's unclaimed
property database management and claims filing business
unit. Additionally, Jeremy served as NAPPCO's marketing
manager, where he was involved with all aspects of strategic
planning, marketing and communications. He developed
NAPPCO's first proprietary sales and marketing database.
Jeremy was also responsible for state unclaimed property
relationships which included contract renewals and negotiations,
promotion of NAPPCO's services to its client states
and the resolution of issues involving the remittance
of funds to the states.
Prior to joining NAPPCO, Jeremy held
senior-level positions in finance and administration
for private, mid-sized companies and worked as a planning
analyst for the Internal Revenue Service's Office of
Strategic Planning in Washington, D.C.
Jeremy is a graduate of the University
of Maryland and has focused his continuing professional
education in the areas of business and marketing management
at Johns Hopkins University.
